Great accommodations. Mattresses were a bit hard but not the end of the world. The communal swimming pool is clean and very central to all the 24 units of Waterlands Village. Great place to relax. Renting a vehicle is a must because you are not in city center, you are next to the airport and we were not bothered by the airplane noise. You can walk to a beach close by, about a ten minute walk and you can also access the Plaza Resort fairly easily. You just have to climb over a cement fence if no one is there to open the gate for you. The dining room is on the deck, so you might have to use a bit of repellent to keep the mosquitoes away at sundown. Bonaire is very humid but each room has air conditioning which is really great. This is a very secure place needing a wireless key to open the gate to enter the compound. Very well kept place. Note that you are renting a house. There is no ! housecleaning. Rustig kleinschalig ressort wat je echt kunt genieten van de rust. Met Yolande als verhuurster konden wij het niet beter treffen, niets was teveel wat we vroegen, en kregen veel informatie over het eiland. Manager Pablo zorgde ervoor dat het parkje er fantastisch bijstond, alles keurig onderhouden en schoon. Een aanrader voor iedereen die eens naar Bonaire wil. Fantastische vakantie gehad in een heerlijk huis aan het water.

The condo itself is in a secluded, thoughtfully-planned development right off the main road. The unit is incredibly well-equipped with just about every kitchen amenity you could ask for (a juicer, even!), and the construction and styling of the space is wonderfully modern. The owner and management are stellar - we felt so cared for and welcomed. We will absolutely come here again if we're lucky enough to return to Bonaire - we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The best in Bonaire!

Bonaire is geweldig en het huisje was ook helemaal in orde. Zeer schoon en ruim, uitgebreide keuken, airco en overal horren tegen de muggen. Veel handdoeken en vriendelijke parkleiding. We schrokken even toen we zagen hoe dicht het park bij de luchthaven ligt maar hier hebben we geen last van gehad. Kortom: een aanrader! The cottages are very good for families with children. We stayed there with our 2 year old daughter.- Perfect!.The houses are spacious, fully equiped, comfortable and clean. The cottages are very good for families with children. We stayed there with our 2 year old daughter.- Perfect!.The houses are spacious, fully equiped, comfortable and clean.
We had a great time there. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. So we plan to go there again in 2012.

The outdoor shower is wonderful after a day of diving or beach going. This house was a fantastic place to stay. It is new, close to the airport and to several dive sites. The staff at the Waterlands were very helpful and we felt very secure staying here. The kitchen is well stocked even thou we eat out every night at the fabulous restaurants. The bathroom is updated with granite tops and mahogany cabinets. We rented scooters and toured the island one day….so much easier to do then trucks/cars…especially at night looking at the stars and feeling the breeze….I wanna go back!!!
